cold start idle so low wont run, as soon as truck warms up you hear a click noise and then it runs fine, motor rebuilt = 2000 miles ,throttle body, air idle control, throttle position sensor, computer, every thing under hood has been replace at least once
Not sure about the click noise, but the rest of what you describe sounds like the intake manifold gaskets are leaking vacuum. When they warm up they seal and the idle return to normal. You can check this by spraying some brake cleaner around the intake when ti is running bad. If the idle umps up or smooths out, then the c\gaskets are leaking vacuum.
