oil light and battery light came on while driving and air went out… got car home shut it off and started it back and noticed belt was not turning…

If the engine is running and the belt is not turning, then one of two things happened. Either the belt tensioner is stuck and not applying tension to the belt so the crank pulley cant turn it or one of the components on the belt- A/C compressor or alternator, is locked up preventing the belt from turning.
